Professional biography:
Thomas has more than twenty years of management and consultancy experience in Danish and international companies. His focus areas are both the public and private sectors and the areas where these intersect.
Thomas joined IBM in 1997 after a number of years as publishing editor at Copenhagen Business School and project manager at the Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists. At IBM he worked with management and project management development and became Offerings Manager for this area. His career at IBM continued as Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant in Business Consulting Services. For five years he led organizational change efforts in a number of large projects in close cooperation with client top-management. In 2005 Thomas joined KMD to become part of management in the new Project- and Consultancy Division. Up until 2009 he held a number of management positions within this division – the last couple of years as Business Development Manager.
Thomas holds an MA in English from the University of Copenhagen and has backed this up with a number of courses and management development initiatives for example within IBM and CfL – Danish Centre for Leadership auspices. He is a certified user of a number of assessment tools.
