Professional biography:
Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in management, sales and marketing within the retail, service and manufacturing industry in Scandinavia and has over time built up an extensive network in a wider range of industries, both nationally and internationally.
He started in sales in the publishing industry before joining the service sector where he was sales and marketing manager as well as profit center responsible. After this Peter joined Papyrus Group, part of Stora Enso, as Division Manager and later Vice president. Finally, Peter was CEO of Garta AMBA, a company in the DLG Group.
Throughout his career, Peter has been responsible for implementing several major development and change projects, including turnarounds, acquisitions and mergers. He has thus gained considerable hands on experience within change management, organizational development and transition processes.
As partner in the consulting business and as an independent consultant since 2004 he has worked with private as well as the public companies. As a sparring partner for top and middle management within change management and business development, and also within search and selection, transition management, executive career advice and business mentoring. In addition to this he gives lectures in organizational development, negotiation techniques, and in change and transition.
Peter has supplemented his practical experience with management, leadership and coaching education and is certified in several personal assessment tools.
