Venkat has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, operations and executive search, and has worked extensively in the areas of organizational re-structuring, systems and planning. He leads the Industrial, Manufacturing & Infrastructure practices for Accord in India and has conducted top management searches for large business groups across functional disciplines for over 15 years.
A Mechanical Engineer, Venkat also holds a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering from NPC.
