Member of Warsaw AltoPartners office.
Karen is responsible for executing & managing the recruitment projects as well as she provides the administrative support and Internet research enabling the consulting team to have regular updated information on both, Polish and European labor markets.
Karen has successfully managed projects in the FMCG, retail and construction sectors.
Prior to joining Accord Group, Karen completed Human Resources related projects at Cefic Polska amongst other organizations.
Karen holds a double degree, one in management (University of Burgundy in Dijon) and one in biology (University of Montpellier II).
