I am able to utilise a broad range of management skills learned over 35 years working for 5 MNC’s in the Asia-Pacific region [JCB (UK), IMA (Italy), OSI Int’l Foods (USA), BASF (Germany), Sodexho (France)] to understand clients’ recruitment needs across a wide range of industries. Senior management experience in such diverse sectors as chemicals for the auto and aerospace industries; construction and materials handling equipment; automatic packaging machinery for food and pharmaceuticals; and food processing – has provided me with the capability of appreciating the vital roles correctly identified and positioned key personnel play in the success of any enterprise. Having lived and worked over 10 years each in China and Japan, plus several years based in both Hong Kong and Singapore covering most countries in the Asia-Pacific region, has enabled me to have an in-depth and multi-faceted cultural awareness.
