Matthew Carter is Managing Director of Mc Arthur Murray. He has more than 15 years experience in international recruitment. Matthew has expertise in working at board level and specialize in both “C “level hires and leadership roles.
Based in the Dubai office Matthew works in both the infrastructure, real estate and conglomerate practices. He also works within our interim group as well.
Matthew has been with Mc Arthur Murray for 6 years. Prior to this he spent 10 years with 2 of the UK’s leading infrastructure and construction recruitment organizations working in real estate, infrastructure, pfi/ppp and facilities management.
Much of Matthews’s recent work has been with organizations based in the Middle East and North Africa seeking to enter new markets or market sectors and wishing to build their leadership teams. He has also worked with both private sector and governmental organizations.
