Peter Greaves is Head of the Financial Markets practice at McArthur Murray and a veteran of the recruitment industry. He entered the market in 1987 in the Real Estate recruitment sector and witnessed the boom and bust years of the 1980’s & 90’s. Since 1993 Peter has enjoyed servicing the needs of the financial markets industry, initially as a specialist in the institutional emerging markets of Asia and Eastern Europe before co-heading the leading London boutique in Private Wealth Management and Family Offices.
Peter joined McArthur Murray, Dubai in August 2005. He has developed strong relations with international and regional banks, asset management firms and Family Groups across the Middle East.
Peter has worked with senior management, CEO’s and Board Members in build-out and turn-around situations. He has a track record of successfully recruiting professionals from global markets into the region and from within the MENA region. With 20 years of experience across four continents Peter has developed an impressive network to assist clients hire the best talent available. Peter resides in Dubai with his wife Isabelle and their two young children.
