Peter Heads the Real Estate Practice of McArthur Murray and leads the emerging markets team into new areas of Investment, Real Estate and Property development across the MENA, Asian and Levant regions.
Having been in the region for the last 5 years Peter has advised both international and conglomerate groups in their approach to attracting and retaining executives along with their high-level Human Capital structure.
Prior to re-locating full-time to Dubai in 2004 Peter managed client-focused recruitment teams for one of the UK’s leading Property & Construction recruiters and has 13 years experience in international recruitment at senior management and “C”-level Executive Search.
Peter has most recently advised on mandates that have involved the implementation of JV or SPV C-level teams into new operating areas on behalf of corporate clients from the region.
Peter holds an honors degree in Management from Nottingham Trent University.
