Massimo has matured a huge experience in HR management, in companies like Technicolor, Johnson & Johnson, Serono Pharma and Gruppo Federici.
Since 1997 he has been in the Executive Search business: he joined IC Interconsult, then Heidrick & Struggles. In 2003 he was one of the two founders of Hicons.
He took Degree in Law, at the “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
In Italy, Massimo is the practice leader for Healthcare and Retail and for all the H.R. positions cross-industries.
