Already before Alina Sen started her studies, she gained broad experiences in different industries. Initially, Alina worked in the field of market and media research at the leading German market research institute GfK and then moved to the logistics and warehousing division of a large textile retail chain.

Alina focused her Business studies at the University of Mainz on Human Resources/ Management and worked as a student trainee at a recruitment agency. Due to her Turkish-Dutch background she has a high affinity to other cultures and countries and therefore, studied at the renowned Marmara University in Istanbul for one semester. During an internship at AltoPartners Germany Alina found her passion for executive search. Besides German, she speaks English and Turkish fluent as well as some Dutch. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in May 2020, Alina started her professional career as a Junior Consultant at AltoPartners Germany. Since then, her focus has been on project management for searches in the areas of Financial Services, Pharma & Health Care and Energy.

In her free time, she likes to exercise and meet friends, further she enjoys traveling and is especially interested in photography besides reading new literature.
