Mattias has been in the executive search industry since 1998. He joined Novare in 2010, having spent the previous 11 years at a Swedish executive search firm as well as the American firm Korn Ferry International. Mattias’ business focus is management assessments and executive level recruitments primarily but not exclusively within consumer goods and services, retail, media and publishing. Mattias is educated at Gothenburg School of Economics where he studied International Business with Japanese Studies. Mattias is a British citizen and bi-lingual in Swedish and English.
