Austria

Human Resources Solutions is a young and dynamic team, with a particular focus on international development for global brands and on Austrian utilities and public institutions.

Colombia

Executive Connection has a particular focus on top management positions within the Consumer Goods, Industrial, Energy, Technology and Healthcare Industries. In addition, the firm is involved in the leadership consulting area with talent assessment for development, retention and succession planning purposes.

The General Manager, Santiago Solis has more than 12 years of experience as a Head Hunter with previous experience as the Managing Partner for Heidrick and Struggles in the Bogota office. Additionally Santiago also worked as a Consultant for Boyden and Spencer Stuart.

Maria Isabel Ventura, Partner for the operation in Colombia has worked as a Headhunter since 2005 for firms like Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. As a complement to this experience, she worked in HR for three years leading the Recruiting and Development areas for L’Oréal Colombia. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Marketing.
