The president and CEO of the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants), Karen Greenbaum, arrived from New York to meet with the leading executive search firms in Chile: Boyden, Equation Partners, Humanitas, Korn Ferry, SommerGroup, Spencer Stuart and Stratos.

Equation Partners were represented by Mario Mora, Managing Partner, and Andreas Wiechert, Consulting Partner.

This group of companies are certified members and recognized by the AESC, the most important worldwide organization that supports and ensures best practices, and that all its member firms meet the highest standards of quality and professional ethics in the industry.

The meeting took place on Monday, November 2 at W Hotel, and provided the attendees the opportunity to share discussions about innovation in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting services; the different dynamics of the local industry, and the reality of the labor market in Chile.
