A graduate from Institut d’Eudes Politiques de Paris and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, with a Master in Banking management of Paris-Dauphine University, Jean-Baptiste Pinton started his career in 1988 as a civil servant in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, at the Budget department. He was posted in Singapore for three years as Deputy French Trade Commissioner. He then spent three years at the head office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before being First Counsellor at the French Embassy in the Republic of South Africa. In 2002, he became Secretary General of IRSN (Institut de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire) and structured the just established governmental agency in charge of nuclear safety and radioprotection. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of DCI (Défense Conseil International) (2007 – 2014), a French company, focused on the transfer of military know-how to “friendly” countries. In this position, he was member of several boards and Chairman of the main subsidiary. Jean-Baptiste joined Leaders Trust International in June 2015 as a Partner. His executive practice includes growth strategy, strategic planning and implementation, corporate governance, reengineering through a stakeholder approach, corporate culture change through benchmarking and social dialogue. Both in executive search and assessment services, he is in charge of developing business in industrial, energy and utilities sectors, as well as with Public sector and governmental agencies.

His international track record allows him to strongly contribute to the international business development of AltoPartners Alliance.
