Andrade joins Leaders Trust Mexico as Partner in the firm and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in key industry sectors, particularly in the life sciences, retail and consumer industries, with significant added experience in the technology and telecoms sector.

Lourit E. Andrade is a Partner of Leaders Trust Mexico / AltoPartners. She assists clients in recruiting influential leaders who can add value to organizations building a strong presence in Latin America.

Lourit has served clients in the life science, retail, and consumer industries; however, she also has significant experience in the technology and telecommunications sector. Her clients include leading Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 organizations, regional groups, and privately held companies. Working with local, regional, and multinational companies in Mexico and throughout Latin America, she has completed searches for CEOs, General Managers, top general management, and senior executives responsible for sales, finance, marketing, HR, and technology.

Lourit joined Leaders Trust Mexico / AltoPartners in 2015. Previously, she was a Partner of CTPartners, and prior to that a consultant with Heidrick & Struggles in Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela. She has also worked with Spencer Stuart for the Andean Region, based in Bogotá, Colombia. Lourit has also worked at Nestle for almost five years. Before that, she was a Research Consultant for Universidad Simon Bolivar, and a Business Coordinator for a consulting firm.

After graduating with an undergraduate degree in psychology from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, Lourit earned a Master’s degree in psychology from Universidad Simon Bolivar. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
