Profile: Mpho Nkeli, Director Search Partners International South Africa

AltoPartners, the international alliance of independent executive search and leadership consulting firms, is proud to welcome Mpho Nkeli as new Director to the Search Partners International (SPi) team in Johannesburg, South Africa. Search Partners International is the exclusive AltoPartners alliance member firm in South Africa.

Mpho Nkeli’s executive experience spans over 15 years. She trained as an environmental scientist; moved to marketing, communications, social investment and enterprise development. Mpho later focused on HR and transformation. She was Group HR Director of Alexander Forbes before joining Vodacom as Chief HR Officer.

Mpho served on a number of boards, and currently at Impala Platinum and Life Healthcare. She was Executive Director on various boards of Alexander Forbes and Vodacom South Africa. She was Chairman of the Commission of Employment Equity. She received the Laureate Award from the University of Pretoria in 2009. Mpho’s qualifications include a BSc, MAP and an MBA.
