Anne-Hermine Nicolas began her professional career in FMCG, with the global food manufacturer, Mars Corporation.

Following a successful career in industry, she moved into executive search in the mid-1990s, working as a search professional serving clients in both Consumer Goods and Professional Services markets. Anne-Hermine has recruited for a broad spectrum of clients, including large multinational corporations as well as venture-backed brands. She has worked with companies in services-related businesses, be they consumer (B2C) or business services (B2B): facility services, cleaning services, travel & transportation, conference & fair, marketing services, as well as conducting Partner-level recruitments for strategic management and information services consulting firms.

Anne-Hermine Nicolas joined Leaders Trust International in January 2016 as a Partner.

Anne-Hermine is fluent in English and Spanish. Based in the Paris office, she conducts general management and senior level searches in France and internationally. She holds an advanced degree from EDHEC Lille’s Graduate School of Management.
