Profile: Claudia Secada, Managing Partner Equation Partners Peru

AltoPartners, the international alliance of independent executive search and leadership consulting firms, is proud to welcome Claudia Secada as new Managing Partner to the Equation Partners team in Peru, the newly established Peruvian office of the Equation Partners brand established in Chile. Claudia Secada has over a decade of experience in executive search and HR consulting services across the retail, consumer and real estate industries.

Prior to joining Equation Partners Perú, she was the founder and Managing Partner of a local Peruvian firm with focus on the retail, consumer and real estate industries, providing clients with different HR consulting services such as Executive Search, Evaluations and Assessments, as well as Leadership of group dynamics / workshops.

Previously, Claudia developed her career over 10 years in a local executive search firm, a subsidiary of Boyden Perú, with her last five years at the firm in the role of Senior Consultant. In this role she handled senior client relationships and supervision of cross industry search assignments. Claudia is frequently invited to participate in different forums at Universities to give lectures on personnel marketing, women’s participation in the labor market, interview strategies, and personal competencies development.

Claudia holds a Bachelors and a post-graduate degree from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón Lima – Perú. Graduate Certification in Behavioral Cognitive Psychotherapy from the Instituto Peruano de Terapia Conductual Cognitiva (IPETEC). Courses in Clinical and Applied Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the EPCA.
