Profile: Kate Latham and Chris Donkin, Partners The Inzito Partnership UK

AltoPartners, the international alliance of independent executive search and leadership consulting firms, is proud to welcome Kate Latham and Chris Donkin as new Partners to the Inzito Partnership team in London, United Kingdom. The Inzito Partnership is the exclusive AltoPartners alliance member firm in the United Kingdom. Kate Latham joins the Inzito Partnership as a Partner responsible for the Retail & Leisure practice and Chris Donkin joins as a Partner responsible for the Industrial Practice. He also works within the Board Practice on executive and non-executive appointments.

Kate Latham is the Partner responsible for the Retail & Leisure practice at the Inzito Partnership and is a member of the Inzito Board Practice delivering senior executive and board appointments across a broad range of consumer businesses.

Kate works with companies to identify the capability needed in a rapidly changing retail and leisure environment. She has a particular focus on CEO, CFO and NED appointments plus functional leaders in Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Merchandising, HR and Supply Chain.

Prior to Inzito, Kate was with Norman Broadbent and Heidrick & Struggles. She holds a degree in English from the University of Wales.

Chris Donkin has a breadth of industrial sector experience encompassing design and product development, manufacturing and supply chain, marketing, sales and service, as well as finance, HR and other corporate functions. He has particular in-depth knowledge of the global automotive sector and was recently described by the Financial Times as “one of the car industry’s leading head hunters.”

Previously Chris was a Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Practice at Korn Ferry. Prior to that he was European Managing Partner and then CEO of two boutique executive search firms. He began his career at advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, where he worked with a number of blue chip global industrial clients.

Chris holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds and has been a regular speaker on the subject of leadership at conferences and on professional development programmes, including the CLEPA Global Management Programme at Imperial College London Business School.
