Profile: Luanne Crijns, Partner Leaders Trust International

Luanne Crijns has a strong focus on Professional & Financial Services, Family Offices, Consumer Services/FMCG, Fashion, Luxury Goods, Hospitality, Food, Consultancy and Retail.

Luanne grew up in a family retail business and learnt early on to work hard, never give up and put the customer first. She has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Business Economics with a specialisation in Global Marketing Strategies and HR /Change Management. She was selected for a High Potential Management Programme at Ormit who have managerial assignments with the top 100 companies. She worked as a Retail Manager for We Fashion, and since 2005, she has been a Top Executive Search and Selection Specialist and has worked in managerial positions with several well-known headhunting agencies. She has helped them to build up the executive market.

Luanne is enthusiastic about making a difference in her customers’ lives. With her vast experience as a headhunter and her intuitive skills, she sees what others don’t see. This provides further insight into helping executives and organisations reach the next level. Clients are more confident and dare to ‘let go’ of even the most complex issues. This solution is achieved by applying her unique experience and quality network. She works with short lines and warm individual contact. Since March 2016, she has been a Partner at Leaders Trust. She contributes a passion for marketing, people and helping organisations grow. Languages: Dutch, English and German.
