Profile: Richard Vincent, Partner Leaders Trust International Netherlands

AltoPartners, the international alliance of independent executive search and leadership consulting firms, is proud to welcome Richard Vincent as new Partner to the Leaders Trust International team in the Netherlands. Richard brings 22 years of international general- , commercial-, change management, executive search and leadership consulting experience across Americas, EMEA and APAC region. Richard is passionate about developing international business leadership, managing networks of teams across countries and cultures where the aim is to align leadership, strategy and organisational culture. Richard’s work also sees him focus on elevating leadership effectiveness and team effectiveness across borders.

Richard is strategic business partner to executive boards, global, regional and country management teams of Fortune 500 and international companies offering leadership consulting and executive search services across continents, countries and cultures.

Richard worked around the world in senior leadership positions with the major American and English public listed global recruitment firms. He led and managed networks of teams across 27 countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific region, sales and operations, strategic planning, and execution activities within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. As VP Strategic Accounts Richard managed globally Fortune 500 companies across continents and led more than 300+ search assignments successfully across Industrial, Consumer, Technology and Healthcare & Life Sciences markets.

Prior to returning back to The Netherlands, Richard ran as CEO an Asia-Pacific, boutique leadership advisory firm out of Singapore partnering with CEOs, APAC Presidents of Fortune 500 and international companies aligning leadership, strategy and organizational culture, empowering and elevating leadership and teams across countries and cultures.

With a sharp eye for business context, his passion is achieving results with a focus on leadership, strategy and organizational culture. ‘A winning performance will derive from the collective leadership’.

Richard received his MSc degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, University of Amsterdam, is an experienced coach, trainer of multiple leadership personality, behavior and culture psychometric tests. Richard was based between 2007 till 2016 in Singapore (2x), Switzerland and Germany, and is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
