In 2012 Daniel joined BACKER WURZEL & PARTNERS and he is a specialist in improving the performance of regional and Senior Management teams, the capabilities and performance of Executives, as well as the development of teams and organizations. Daniel has extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical, Financial and Technology Industries.

For 8 years he was a Senior Consultant at Axialent, one of the leading international consulting firms, specialising in the development of executives and management teams. He has experience in Team performance diagnostic projects; Management team development and training; Identification of organizational culture; Cultural transformation: Alignment of management team behaviors with the company’s strategy and culture; Executive coaching programs; Performance development, potential and problems; Leadership assessment; Facilitation of executive meetings; Designing and delivering leadership and mentoring programs.

Daniel was a Professor at the University of Buenos Aires’ School of Psychology and School of Economic Sciences, where he was an Associate Professor of the Team Leadership course in the Business Administration and Public Accounting Programs. He was also a Visiting Professor at the Master in Business Administration Program and the Graduate Program in Financial Administration.

He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires; he has completed a Graduate Course in Organizational Coaching and Leadership from Universidad de Belgrano as well as complementary courses on Strategic Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. He has been certified as a Coach by Fred Kofman, and is certified in the Hogan Evaluation System.
