The AltoPartners alliance has experienced rapid growth by partnering with renowned, local boutique search firms and now has an on-the-ground presence of 54 offices in 34 countries. AltoPartners proudly announces that Equation Partners Peru, the second firm in the Equation Partners group – the first being in Santiago, Chile – has joined the alliance to further strengthen the AltoPartners presence across Latin America. Peru is going through a time of great optimism, with growth expected to accelerate from 4% to 5% due to the approval of an ambitious market reform agenda. Infrastructure and formalization/productivity enhancements are the main goals of the reform package.
