Ernesto Krawchik is known as an innovative leader in Argentina’s high-tech market, having had a career which combines positions in the best IT companies with entpreneurial experience.

He joined Backer Wurzel Partners in 2017 to contribute his high-tech industry know-how and his experience of building and developing high performance teams.

He was CEO of Oracle Argentina when he was only 32 and led its positioning as one of the most admired brands in Argentina. He was a pioneer of the software factories industry that have become a hallmark of Argentina in the world; and he created Tandil Tech Park jointly with UNICEN University.

He founded one of the language services leading companies in Latin America.

On his return to the corporate world he established SoftwareONE in Argentina and Uruguay. He was later regional director and VP Latin America with SAP. He managed SAP’s most innovative product launch in 20 years in the region.

He’s currently a board advisor of Junar, an Argentinean open data cloud platform startup. Ernesto studied Physics at University of Buenos Aires and was elected alumni’s president at the IAE Business School Management Development Program in 1996.

He’s the Secretary of the Board of Equidad Social Company Foundation, devoted to social inclusiveness through the democratization of access to high technology.
