Profile: Muna Awwadova, Senior Consultant at Accord Group Ceska

Muna Awwadova joins the Accord Group to support the firm in developing and growing the Interim Management Services across Europe and Middle East (EME). Drawing on a multicultural background and her career to date, she supports clients in bridging their business challenges, sourcing executives with specific technical and leadership expertise. Committed to performance, quality and results, Muna helps AGIM create a strategic approach that impacts businesses across regions and industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Muna spent 16 years in roles of increasing responsibility within the search industry and People & Change Advisory Services. Her multi-disciplinary experience spans across industrial sectors, Life Sciences, Technology and Government. Muna began her career in Prague, Czech Republic with the Accord Group and Antal International and in 2003 relocated to the Middle East spending seven years with KPMG and the last five years with CTPartners.

Muna graduated from the Technical University of Liberec holding a Bachelor of Science, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the Czech Republic and she is a Certified Assessor for Psychometric Assessment. Muna is fluent in English, Arabic and Czech.
