Profile: Rogelio Salcedo Villacampa Partner at Leaders Trust International Mexico

Rogelio has developed an international career as a Human Resources executive, consolidating experience of over 20 years as a business leader living in eight different countries.

Rogelio has collaborated with companies such as PepsiCo, L’Oreal, Santander, CEMEX, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Mead Johnson Nutrition and lately as Chief Talent Officer at the AJE Group, managing 15,000 employees in 24 countries. In addition to his corporate experience, he has been Managing Partner of Training Lab, an international business solutions consultancy company, focused on individual and organizational growth and learning.

He has contributed to the development of the HR profession, as President of ERIAC Capital Humano A.C. in Monterrey, as President of the Human Capital Commission of COPARMEX, and as Founding Member and first President of the Mexican Federation of Human Resources Associations (FEMARH). In this role, he also performed as Director and Chief Editor of the “HR Magazine” and has been the main speaker of numerous national and international HR forums.

Rogelio has a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Universidad Iberoamericana), a Diploma in Financial Administration (ITESM), a Diploma in Personnel Management (Universidad Iberoamericana), a Master’s Degree in Organisation Management and Human Resources Development (Manhattanville College) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administartion (Adolfo Ibañez Business School and ESADE). He is an Executive Coach certified by the ICC.
