Profile: Sylvie Fleckinger-Botter Partner at Leaders Trust International

Sylvie Fleckinger-Botter has pursued a dual career, first in financial services for more than 20 years and then in executive search since 2010.

She started as a Risk Analyst at Matif SA, the French clearing house and, in 1992, she joined the investment banking universe with Crédit Commercial de France (CCF), which became HSBC France later, where she has developed and managed sales teams dedicated to promote structured products to corporate and institutional clients. In 2007, she was hired by Dresdner Bank as Head of Sales and Marketing for France and Benelux.

In her capacity as an executive search consultant since 2010, Sylvie brings a broad experience in financial markets and transaction-based businesses. Sylvie also has strong interest in the art and education sectors, where she has conducted some search assignments and placements.

A French national, Sylvie’s educational background is in economics and statistics, with a Master’s degree from the University of Toulouse.
