Oscar Maril

Oscar started his professional career at GM, where he became a Management Associate, and then at Citibank, where he held management Human Capital positions in Buenos Aires, Madrid, London, New York and Santiago de Chile, city where he led HR for Latin America. After a period of two years in a private equity group, he ended his corporate career as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia.

Since 2005 he leads two international consulting practices: Advisory (in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Leadership Development), and Executive & Team Coaching, as a partner of Praesta, a leading international firm in Executive Coaching. Oscar is also a Coach for INSEAD Global Leadership Center and the IESE Business School. Among its clients are relevant global companies in financial industries, retail and manufacturing. During his career as both an executive and consultant, he has conducted more than 150 management assessment processes and top-level coaching. Since 2015, Oscar leads the Talent Management practice in EQP.

Industrial Engineer with post graduate studies at Harvard, Wharton and the University of Michigan. He earned a degree in Organizational Behavior and is certified as an executive coach at INSEAD.
