Experience
Alongside his studies in sociology and philosophy, Tobias Alarcon has been working for a specialized HR consultancy in Frankfurt since 2016. In 2018, he joined AltoPartners in Darmstadt to strengthen the research team there, where he has worked as a Research Specialist since completing his studies. At the beginning of 2022, he additionally took over responsibility for project and resource management as Head of Projects.

In his spare time, Tobias is involved in his home community. When he is not playing the guitar, he is passionate about listening to music, trying out new cooking recipes, or devoting himself to interesting films and series as a cineaste.
