Peter has over thirty years of executive search experience across three continents. His early years were based in the City of London England, specializing in financial markets, specifically: capital markets, structured products, Asian equities, hedge funds, program trading, private banking and family offices. In 2005 he relocated to Dubai to head the banking sector for McArthur Murray.

During his seventeen years in the Gulf, Peter also worked for two global search firms and, he set up his own consultancy practice, before returning to McArthur Murray.
