Over the course of his extensive two decades spent in search and leadership consulting, Keith has placed hundreds of high-calibre executive leaders and built international teams across all management functions, focusing on upper management to C-level positions. Keith has served as Executive Vice President, Partner and Country Manager for global executive search including a top 6 global Executive Search firm. The bulk of his career Keith has owned and operated Osprey Executive Search in Canada (a boutique firm committed to delivering the “highest calibre of leaders” for Canadian and International organizations). Keith has assisted his clients in establishing their presence in Canada, while also supporting their growth needs abroad, and has accumulated vast expertise in a wide variety of industries including: Asset Management, Investment and Development for both institutional and private organizations in the areas of Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Industrial, and Financial Services.
Keith started his career in executive search and within two years was the youngest consultant in the history of one of Canada’s largest independent executive search firms. Prior to this, Keith was a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He has also provided business development and leadership consulting services for many successful organizations over the past 20 years. Keith has initiated and hosted a number of high profile business events in Toronto, notably: “Canada a Natural Resource Super Power” with Canada’s Minister of Finance and “Alberta Oil Sands: Fueling Canada’s Economy” with Alberta’s Minister of Energy as well as the “Women at The Top of Their Game” speaker series.
A native of Toronto, Keith is actively involved in a wide variety of charitable and community activities as a coach, organizer and board member including: the founding of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation’s fundraiser Knock Out Cancer, a past Board Member for the world renowned and internationally televised annual Toronto Santa Claus Parade, and a founder of the Canadian University Men’s Rugby Championship. On top of this, Keith loves to compete in many sports; Skiing, Squash, Curling, Cricket and Rugby. Keith is an active alumnus of Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, Quebec, where he earned a BA in History, was a member of the Varsity Football and Rugby teams, and was a founder of the Bishop’s chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Keith is still actively involved at Bishop’s as a past member of their National Committee. Keith resides in Toronto, Ontario with his wife and two children.
