Cesare d’Angelo is a trained banker and business assistant. Since 1996 he has already had experience in personnel consulting.

Until 2001, he worked as a project manager in the research department of ESIS GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, a service provider for national and international personnel consultancies.

In 2001 he founded 2d Consulting Services with a partner, of which he is still the owner and managing director. 2d Consulting Services is a specialist in the search for specialists and executives and supports well-known personnel consultancies in their search and approach process.

Since 2016 he also acts as Head of Research of Alto Consultants GmbH in Darmstadt.
