Karolina has over 10 years of experience in Executive search & Leadership Consulting.

She has worked in different sectors such as: finance, education, IT, NGOs providing excellent HR support and candidate experience. She has spent 3.5 years in the UK and in Belgium gaining experience in local labour law, supporting local recruitment processes and enjoying the international culture at companies such as Grant Thornton, Travis Perkins and also coordinating recruitment processes for the European Commission.

Her professional goals are: building strong relationships with clients and candidates and supporting the amicable team environment.

She used to volunteer at Zwierzęta Ludziom Foundation, which provides emotional animal support to children and elderly people in hospitals and care homes. In her spare time she enjoys having a good laugh while watching improvs or comedy movies and going on hikes with her partner and their beloved welsh terrier.
