Senior Consultant in the Industry team where she recruits executives and senior specialists for companies in a state of development and/or change, with a focus on the manufacturing industry, technology companies, and B2B-service companies. Furthermore, she’s responsible for Novare’s female leader’s network. Helene has many years of experience in executive recruitments and has prior experience from Dufwa Ledarskap, Acconia, Proximo, and Talenta. Helene holds an M.Sc. in Business Economics and a degree in Sociology from Lund University.
