Karla Dorsch is the Founder and Managing Director of Evrima. She has a broad level of expertise achieved over 25 years of experience in executive search.

Ms. Dorsch and her team have worked extensively with a broad range of clients throughout EMEA including sovereign wealth funds, governmental agencies, banks, private equity firms, corporates, family conglomerates and start-ups. Evrima has a significant reputation as a firm that understands the nuances of the local landscape with a strong track record of success.

Before establishing Evrima, Ms. Dorsch began her executive search career at Korn Ferry in London and then worked for two prominent international search organisations.

Prior to executive search, her first post-MBA position was at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She then worked at Merrill Lynch in Private Wealth Management. Ms. Dorsch holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of business, a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. She is currently studying for an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience.

Ms. Dorsch is a member of the International Woman’s Forum and has sat on various non-profit boards in the UK.
