Cameron is a Partner at Humanis, bringing over 15 years of experience in executive search. He specializes in recruiting senior talent for corporate services and operations across a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, oilfield services, financial services, manufacturing, real estate, construction, and non-profit organizations.

Cameron began his career in Sydney, Australia, where he joined a leading international search firm following the completion of his degree at Macquarie Univeristy. In 2010, he relocated to Calgary, where he spent more than six years with a national integrated talent development firm, working within their retained search practice and managing the interim search function. In 2017, he joined Pekarsky & Co., which later became Humanis Calgary.

Outside of work, Cameron is an active volunteer, contributing his time to several charitable organizations. He serves on The Calgary Stampede’s Courtesy Car Committee and the Executive Committee for The Top 7 Over 70 Awards Program.
