Jeff brings more than 35 years of international leadership experience across logistics, transportation, shipping and supply chain management.

He has a strong track record in leading organizational transformations, delivering sustainable growth and executing international M&A transactions within corporate, family-owned and private equity-backed environments. Over the course of his career, Jeff has lived and worked across all continents.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held multiple CEO, managing director and board-level positions in leading international organisations. In addition to his operational responsibilities, he was directly involved in building and strengthening international management teams, taking responsibility for the identification, recruitment and development of senior leaders across diverse geographies and cultures. He has successfully led large-scale turnarounds, increased enterprise value and built high-performing, multicultural leadership teams.

Alongside his executive roles, Jeff brings extensive experience in governance and supervision as chairman and non-executive board member. He combines strategic clarity with a pragmatic, people-focused leadership style and has a strong passion for talent development and leadership coaching. Jeff firmly believes that diversity and inclusion are essential to strong leadership teams and sustainable long-term value creation.

At LTI, Jeff will direct his efforts towards SCM, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Private Equity, Family owned and Semi-Public businesses. His main focus is on executive search, board advisory, leadership and talent coaching, supporting organizations in identifying, assessing and developing future-ready leaders who can operate effectively in complex and constant changing environments.

Jeff is Dutch-South African, studied Customs and Transportation law in Amsterdam and earned his MBA from London Business School. Jeff is a certified Non-Executive.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and cherishes creating valuable memories with his wife and their three sons. He is passionate about scuba diving and other sports, particularly rugby, tennis, golf and padel.
