Mats has extensive CEO experience in professional services companies, as well as broad board experience as both a member and chair. His expertise spans change management, digital transformation, branding, and communication, with a particular focus on service-based and professional services organisations in Sweden and internationally. Before joining Headlight, he was Director of Communication and Sustainability at the private healthcare company Praktikertjänst and a member of its Group Executive Management team. Before that, he served as CEO of several professional services companies, including United Minds (IPG), At Night Studios (UNLTD) and Hill&Knowlton Strategies (WPP). He is also currently Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director of Postkodföreningen and has considerable experience working with and for civil society in Sweden.
