Barcelona-based KONSAC strengthens AltoPartners’ coverage across Spain, complementing its established presence in Madrid.

26 October 2026 - AltoPartners Global Group S.L., the international alliance of independently owned executive search and leadership consulting firms, today announced the addition of KONSAC as its new member firm in Spain.

With more than 35 years of experience, KONSAC provides Executive Search, Talent Management and Executive Coaching services, supporting organisations in identifying, assessing and developing senior leadership talent, through a senior team led by partners Juanjo Planes, Helena Planes and Tania Planes. The firm’s addition strengthens AltoPartners’ presence in Spain and complements its existing member firm, Leaderland, in Madrid.
