Caroline is part of AltoPartners Vienna Office since the beginning of 2019, expanding the Austrian client base. During her years in the finance sector working for leading investment banks in London, Caroline was part of the management recruitment team, assisting in all aspects of the recruitment process both for the London and DACH regions. The roles included senior management, sales, client relationship management, project management as well as trading. Her recruitment expertise after moving to Austria from the United Kingdom, focused primarily on the IT sector.

Caroline started her career working in the Financial Sector in London for banks such as Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Over the years she focused both on sales and client relationship management roles with particular emphasis on key clients in the DACH region. Caroline holds a LL.B. in English and Spanish Law from the University of Kent, United Kingdom as well as a LL.M. in Public International Law from King’s College, London. Caroline speaks English, German and Spanish.
