Noora has worked extensively in the Middle East within leadership development, leadership assessment and executive search. Most recently Noora spearheaded the Leadership Hiring function within one of the largest luxury conglomerates in the MENA region. Prior to that she was a member of Heidrick & Struggles global Financial Services practice based in Dubai.

Noora has extensive experience across Professional Services firms; she grew the Strategic Placement and Career Services function at BCG where she coached and consulted leaders through their career transitions. Before joining the executive search profession Noora was part of Ernst & Young’s Assurance practice specializing in Financial Services and Industrial Goods.

Noora is passionate about working with clients to understand how best to serve their strategic needs, by assessing and placing the right leaders that support both their vision and culture.

Noora holds a BSc in mathematics and financial management from Loughborough University, UK. She is also a certified and trained Hogan assessor and a certified professional coach.
