Prior to joining Ezentia, Bettina developed her career in private banking (Citigroup, Dresdner Bank) and executive search, providing her with a deep understanding of financial logic and leadership assessment in high-impact environments.

Bettina holds a degree in Public Accounting from ITAM and specializes in executive succession, C-level searches, and corporate governance.
