Skilled in Process Communication Model®, creative marketing solutions, business development and recruitment,he had been offering consulting services in management and coaching to develop strong communications strategy.

Specialized in executive search for Morocco and North-West Africa, and as a member of Seeliger Y Conde team in the Casablanca Office, his current focus is on senior executive placements across a range of industries and functional areas.

Ali holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organization from Paris-Dauphine University.

In his early career he worked in various industries from tourism to film, culture and web technologies.

He also helped a number of entrepreneurial projects to get started and gain momentum as a coach and trainer of Bidaya, the first Social Green Tech Incubator in Morocco.
