Geoff has over 30 years’ experience in industrial sector search, with a focus on the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Geoff’s rare blend of technical, project and commercial acumen make him an invaluable business partner, from the boardroom to the project office.

Geoff was previously founder and CEO of engineering specialist Calibrate Recruitment, which was acquired by Tokyo based En World Group in 2012. Prior to founding Calibrate in 1992, Geoff managed electrical and automation projects for Honeywell across Asia Pacific and Wimpey Constructions in the UK.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Sydney University and he is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
