Graduated in Public Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, I currently serve as the Marketing & Content Leader at Evermonte Executive Search and as a partner at the E. Institute. At the institute, I lead initiatives focused on advanced research and consultative solutions, integrating the pillars of people analytics and market data with a systemic and strategic market perspective.

In addition, I am responsible for leading all content and brand strategies at Evermonte, which include producing market research, managing and overseeing the CRM process, as well as organizing and optimizing inbound marketing and account-based marketing processes.
