Born in Rio de Janeiro, he has more than 25 years of experience in talent management in senior leadership positions, and participation in assessment and succession processes related to critical positions. Among his clients are some of the most admired and well-known organizations at a global, regional and local level, mainly in the technology segments - software, hardware, telecommunications - education, construction, retail and healthcare.
Until late 2023, he led the Technology practice at Korn Ferry in South America. For 20+ years, he was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where he developed the Technology and Professional Services practice, including during the telecommunications privatization period in Brazil.
Dominique began his professional career at Raychem Corporation, a Fortune 500 company based in Silicon Valley, later acquired by Tyco International. At Raychem, he held a series of leadership positions for 15 years in different areas, commercial and financial, before serving in Brazil as President and General Manager of the telecommunications and energy divisions. Currently, Dominique is a long standing member of the “Board of Directors” and “People Committee” of the Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, one of the largest non-profit healthcare and education institutions in Latin America, also having chaired the Technology Committee.
He is also a member of the People Committee at Algar Telecom S/A and Algar Empreendimentos S/A.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from “Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo”, holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and has also completed Executive Education courses at Harvard Business School. Fluent in English, French and Portuguese, he also communicates professionally in Spanish.
He has been married for 34 years and has two children. He actively practices road cycling.
