Born in São Paulo, she has more than 20 years dedicated to Executive Search and Human Resources, working in executive recruitment, assessment and market intelligence. Throughout her career, she has developed solid experience in different sectors: Technology, Industry, Consumer Goods, Retail and Life Sciences, in addition to supporting Private Equity and Venture Capital clients, both in their internal teams and in portfolio companies.

With experience at major international consultancies such as Egon Zehnder, Russell Reynolds, CTPartners, and Korn/Ferry, she worked on executive recruitment, assessment and market intelligence projects for different segments: Consumer Goods, Health, Technology, Industry, Retail, Private Equity and Venture Capital and their investee companies in different sectors (e.g.: Agro and Energy).

On the Corporate side, she was Recruitment Manager at Ferrero; Executive Recruitment Superintendent and Global Business Partner at Atento and Executive Recruiter Global at Kenvue (ex-Johnson & Johnson Consumer Healthcare), leading important Director and Vice-President processes after the spin-off.

Bachelor of Arts from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Business School São Paulo. Received extensive training in talent assessment and certification in Learning Agility.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she has extensive experience recruiting in the Americas and Europe.

She is married, with no children.
