Verena Acerbi is Equity Partner and COO at AltoPartners Austria. She played a key role in establishing the firm’s presence in Austria, contributing to its growth and success. Verena holds a master’s degree in International Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She began her career in finance at Flex EMEA before transitioning into executive search nearly 20 years ago, joining a leading Austrian executive search boutique where she met her current colleague and partner, Julia Zdrahal-Urbanek. Having lived in Italy, Verena is fluent in Italian in addition to English and has a basic proficiency in French. As a generalist, she has developed deep expertise across various industries, including Manufacturing, Public Services, Art and Culture, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Commodities/Specialties, and FMCG.
