As part of her professional activity and training as an industrial and organizational psychologist as well as a psychotherapist, she also gained experience in executive search, dealt intensively with IT-supported potential analysis and is considered an expert in this field at AltoPartners Austria. Before starting at AltoPartners, Ms. Flores worked for a renowned executive search boutique and was able to acquire extensive know-how in various industries. She oversees several assessment / development centers, executive search projects every year and also acts as a management and leadership trainer for customers. In the past years Ms. Flores focused her work on cultural surveys, value analysis and evaluates organizational structures in terms of a company’s purpose to drive and modernize their vision and customer centric journey.
