Alexandra zu Ysenburg is a Founding Partner of Ezentia Group, where she has developed more than 14 years of experience leading executive search and leadership advisory projects with international scope. She has conducted over one hundred searches for private and publicly listed companies, consolidating a practice grounded in excellence, methodological rigor, and a deep cultural understanding of the markets in which she operates.

Before founding Ezentia, she built more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, logistics, and marketing across Europe and Mexico. Her background in both consulting and global corporations enabled her to develop a systemic business perspective and a holistic view of talent and leadership. This combination of strategic insight and human sensitivity defines her work today as a headhunter.

Alexandra is also actively committed to promoting gender diversity in senior leadership positions and is a co-founder of 50/50 Women on Boards México. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim (Germany), with a specialization in Human Resources.
